Terms of Service – Authentic XI

1. Introduction
   By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products
   Authentic XI sells rare and collectible signed football shirts. Each item is supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from a recognized authenticator such as Icons, SSA, or Beckett. Availability is limited and subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payments
   Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. Prices are listed in SAR (Saudi Riyal) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery
   We ship domestically within Saudi Arabia and internationally through trusted couriers. Delivery times vary by location and customs procedures. Authentic XI is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds
   Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged during shipping or is significantly different from what was ordered. Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery to request a return. Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Authenticity Guarantee
   All products sold by Authentic XI are verified and come with a COA. Refunds will not be granted for authenticity disputes, as certification is final proof of authenticity.

7. Limitation of Liability
   Authentic XI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law
   These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
