Return & Refund Policy – Authentic XI

At Authentic XI, we specialize in rare, premium, and authentically certified signed football shirts. Each piece is carefully inspected and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) to guarantee its value and legitimacy.

Because of the exclusive and collectible nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping, or

  • The item received is significantly different from what was ordered.

• Returns for reasons such as change of mind, size, or preference are not accepted.

1. Timeframe

• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

• Requests after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

1. Condition of Returned Items

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the frame, seal, and certificate intact.

• Any sign of tampering or use will void the eligibility for return.

1. Refunds

• If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

1. Exchanges

• Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our items, exchanges are not possible.

1. Authenticity Guarantee

• Every product sold by Authentic XI is backed by third-party certification (Icons, SSA, Beckett, or equivalent). Refunds will not be granted based on authenticity disputes, as certification is final.
